Over recent years, NAFPS website accounts have been terminated by Yahoo and a series of other hosting companies for violations of their terms of service. Even 'first-amendment friendly' hosting providers hosting white supremacy content were not willing to continue hosting the NAFPS hate site. The NAFPS hate site is not connected to any actual group or physical location. Those who engage in posting it's hate-filled content do so under anonymous identities. Although anonymous identities are used, several of the sources of these anonymous identities have been identified. Northern Virginia Community College employs the primary author, Alton Carl "Al" Carroll. Mr Carroll uses a large number of anonymous and sock-puppet identities. Educatedindian, educatedindio, and iraqwarvet are a few of the many handles attributed to him. The tactics employed by Mr Carroll include; identity theft - creating websites and online identities under the name of those he attacks, libel - making false groundless claims with no supporting documentation, hate speech - attacking persons and groups based on their religion, race and ethnic origins, and cyber-stalking - unwanted and obsessive attention to individuals and groups he has targeted, including posting of targets personal information. Complaints concerning Mr Carroll have been directed to officials at Northern Virginia Community College where he is currently employed. The NAFPS hate site targets primarily individuals self-identifying as members of Native American groups. Comments on the site frequently attack individuals skin color and appearance - insinuating they are 'playing Indian'. In their attacks on these individuals, personal information including, names, addresses, phone numbers, employers, genealogy, and more are posted about their targets. Mr Carroll himself has often been accused of what NAFPS terms 'playing Indian'. Mr Carroll has made claims of Native American heritage but has not provided any information on his origins, as he has for those who have been targeted by the NAFPS hate site. A second major source of NAFPS hate speech is Kathryn Price AKA NicDhana, Theatana, etc. Kathryn Price is known primarily as a 'wikiwarrior' - a partisan administrator and heavy user of Wikipedia who attacks 'the enemy' by claiming bias in articles counter to her bias. These wikiwarriors are identifiable for their concentration of edits on certain general topic areas and use of sock-puppet identities. These 'wikiwarriors' are considered by many to be the chief reason behind Wikipedia's declining credibility. Ironically while the NAFPS hate site's main target is reconstructed belief systems, Ms Price herself is a proponent of 'Celtic Reconstructionism'. A number of other identities used on the NAFPS hate site are simply sock-puppet identities. Accounts created with different names in order to create the illusion that one person's speech is coming from multiple individuals. Some identities can be attributed to individuals in Europe, Annika Banfield, and Barnaby McEwen. While Mr Carroll claims the NAFPS hate site is 'Indian', none of the people mentioned here are Native Americans. Posting on the NAFPS hate site itself is not recommended. The above mentioned administrators of the forum are known for deleting, and altering posts, and creating online profiles using the identities of those who question their actions.
